AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF

UBDIVISUBDIVISIOION N' AS
Wr;FREAs, the LeBlond & Orr Company, a corporation
under the laws of the State of Florida, havefiled with the
Director of Public Service a plat of the subdivision of.the
property described as follows:-
Beginning at a point in the East line of S.W.
2nd. Avenue, 120 feet from the South, line of Test
Flagler Street, the same being the Southwest
corner of Block 137 North, according to Knowlton' s
Plat of the City of Miami, recocded in Plat Book
"B", Page 41, Public Records of Dade County,
Florida, thence East along the south line of said
Block 137 North for a distance of 350 Feet to the
Southeast corner of Lot 4 of said Block 137 North,
thence S. 1°-54'-25" E. along the test property line
of lands formerly owned by .the Florida East Coast
Railway Company for a distance of 1753.95 feet to
a point in the Harbor Line on the North side of the
Miami River; Thence N. 85°-07'-34" W. along said
Harbor line for a distance of 40.12 Feet to an angle
in said Harbor line; Thence N.-84°-07'-44" W, along
said Harbor line for a distance of 150.94 feet to
an angle in said Harbor line; Thence N. 660-40'-15"
W. along said Harbor Line for a distance of 10.73
feet to the East Line of lands deeded by Model Land
Company to the City of Miami on Sept. 7, 1915, by
deed recorded, at Page 133 of Deed Book 127 of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida. Thence N.
1°-54'-25" W. along said East line of property of
the City of Miami, for a distance of 564.28 Feet to
the Northeast corner of said property; Thence S-88°-
03'-35" W. along the North line of said property
of the City of Miami, for a distance of 150 feet to
the East line of S. W. 2nd Avenue; Thence North along
said East line of S. W. 2nd, Avenue for a distance
of 1160 feet to the point of beginning; Has paused
a part of said land to be subdivided in the manner
as shown on this Plat, which said subdivision and
plat shall be known as "LeBlond and Or: Subdivision".
WHERFAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
all pity taxes and all city liens due and payable have been
duly paid, and
WHEREAS, the Dir eotor of Public service has approved
said plat as complying with all the provisions of the charter
of the City of Miami.
NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT S RDAIN D by the Commission of
