EH'EAS, The Julius Smith Company, a corporation organized and existing; under the lava of the State of Plori1a, and Luella M. Smith, widow, and Harriet H. Hol.lert joined by her husband Walter A. Rollert have filed with the Director of Public Service a plat of the subdivision of: A subdivision of Blocks A & B Banyan Place, as recorded in Book 6 or Plats at page 53, public records of Dade County, Florida., together with the riparian rights thereof and extended to Biscayne Bay, said Subdivision to be known as "Amended and extended plat of Blocks A-D & C - Banyan Place" and, r'HEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that all city taxes and all city liens due and payable have been duly paid, and, WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said plat as complying with all the provisions of the charter of the City of Miami, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission of the City of Miami, that the dedication of the streets in said subdivision, as shown by said plat, is accented and confirmed by the City of Miami. PASSED AND ADOPTED on its first reading and read by title only, this 20th day of January, A.D. 1923.
