AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION
0' THE STREETS IN THE SUBDIVISION 1 NO' N
AS "A SUBDIVISION OF BLOCK 4 - OSCEOLA
PARK and LOT 1 - BLOCK 10? - LATRENCE
ESTATE".
WHEREAS, Florence G. Hahn and het husband, F. t.
Hahn have filed with the Director of 'Publjo Service a plat
of the subdivision of:
A subdivision of Block 4 Osceola Park and Lot 1
Block 107 Lawrence Estate", the same being a
subdivision of Block 4 Osceola Park as recorded
in Plat Book 4 at page 18 public records of
Dade County, Florida, and Lot 1, Block 107 Lawrence
Estate as recorded in Plat Book 2, at page 46,
public records of Dade County, Florida,
said subdivision to be known as "A subdivision of Block 4 -
Osceola Park and Lot 1 - Block 107 - Lawrence Estate ", and
WHEREAS, The Director of Finance has certified that
all city taxes and all city liens due and payable have been
duly paid, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Servioe has approved
said plat as complying with all the provisions of the charter
of the City of Miami,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission of
the City of Miami, that the dedication of the streets in
said subdivision, as shown by said plat, is accepted and
confirmed by the City of Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED on its first reading and read by
title only this _day of - 1922.
PASSED AND ADOPTED on its second readirei and read
in full tb ie 2nd day of January, 1923.
