MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COM 0IS6101dERS OP TEE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA.
0n the llth day of September, r. D. 1923, the Commission of the City of -Miami met at 9 d.m
in regular session at the City Hal ut Miami, Florida. There being only two members
of the Commission present, 1r. Wilson and I1r. Gilman, there Inas no business trans-
acted for lack of a quorum. This being the date set for receiving remonstrances to the
confirmation of preliminary assessment rolls on 4r-43, H-158 and H-164, it was announded
that the Commission would receive such remonstrances at the next regular meeting.

Thereupon the said bids were referred to the City Manager for tabulation and report
book to the Commission at the next regular meeting.
IMINARY ASSESSMENT ROLL HEARING OF REMONSTRANCES POSTPONED
This being the date set for the hearing of remonetranoes to the confirmation of pre-
liminary assessment roll of Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 44 and the date set for
the postponed hearing of remonetranoes on Sanitary Sewer District No. 43, Highway
District H-158 end Highway Dietriot No. 164, it was announced that on account of the
lank of a quorum the hearinga would be postponed until the next regular meeting on
September 25th.
