Be It Resolved by the Comaission of the City of liiaui,Ylaxila:
That the construction of the following denoribed Improve-
ment is hereby ordered to be r'ade; the Commission of the City
of tdiarii,Fla. , hereby se'.ting forty its intention to proceed
under Section 56 of the N;.uy Crs,:tex.
Description of highway or part thereof to be improved, or
sidewalk to be constructed or hewer to be laid. The material,
nature and character of such improvement with the terminal
pointsi and width thereof:
JAn 8" T.C. Sanitary Sewer and Manholes and Appurten-
ances on:
-11, E. 0th Terrace from 2nd Ave. 700' west and from
nd Ave. to Bieoayne Bay -
N.E. _21st_Street from 2nd Ave. to Biscayne Bay:
The City Manager is hereby directed to prepare tind to
file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of. said
prover:.ent and an estinate of the cost thereof, which estimate
shall show the es:irii.tc;d amount to be assessed against the
abutting properr par front foot, including an estimate of the
post of the expense of p:,:eii.minaxy :.ad other surveys, the
inspection and supexi.:.tezcience of the work. the preparation
of plans and specifications and estimate, the printing and
publishing of notices and proceec.ings, the ereparation of
bonds, and any other expenses necessary and proper. This
improvement shall t e designated in all proceedings, assessments,
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer improvement No. Sr. 57
and the property against which assessments may be made for the
cost thereof, hereunder shall be designated as District
