A RZSCLUTIOX AUTHORIZINO THS MUNN OP OR
TAIN MANUAL TAXES, TAXIS ON R*AL ZITATI
AND MOSS EUMPTIONS FOR 1921 TAB.
SAS, the Tax Assessor has recommended the
refund of certain taxes on personal property, real
estate, and widows exemptions which are hereineter
enumerated, and
WIukEAS, the Commission of the City of Miami
has carefully examined said reoommendation, and
approved thereof; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City
of Miami that the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby authorized to refund:
To Ralston Bros. Inc., the sum of $240.00
on Lots 19 and 20, Block 118 North for the
year 1921.
To R. W. Rhoden, the sum of $60.00 on erro-
neous assessment of improvements on 'Vest 3
Lot 4, Block 22 North, for the year 1921.
To A. A. Kind, the sum of $3.20 for improve-
ments erroneously assessed on Lot 6, Block
36 Lawrence Estate for the year 1921.
To Charles A. Wyckoff, the sum of $8.00 for
improvements erroneously assessed on Lots 9
and 10, Block 29 Riverview for the year 1921.
To Mrs. Felix B. Scott, the sum of $8.00 on
Widows Exemption for the year 1921.
To Mrs. J. A. Bates, the sum of $8.00 for
•idowa Exemption for the year 1921.
To Catherine Draper, the sum of $5.28 for
Widows Exemption for the year 1921.
To Mrs. Josephine Wait, the sum of $4.80 for
Widows Exemption for the year 1921.
To Jennie Dempsey, the sum of $8.00 for
Widows Exemption for the year 1)21.
