A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION
No. 444 ENTITLED " A RESOLUTION
PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF
4695,000 IMPROVEMENT BONDS SERIES
T, DATED JULY 1, 1922".
BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the Cityof
Section 1. That that certain preamble of -resolution
No. 444 passed June 27, 1922, entitled "A RESOLUTION PRO-
VIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF *695,000 IMPR0VEMENT BONDS SERIES
T, DATED JULY 1, 1922", which recites that a part of the
cost of Sanitary Sewer Improvements Thirty-one (31) to Forty
(40) inclusive, had theretofore been assessed upon abutting
property, be and the same is hereby amended so that
preamble shall read as follows:
WHEREAS, that part of the cost of
said Sanitary Improvements, being
Improvements thirty-one (31) to
forty (40) inclusive, which is to
be assessed upon abutting property,
has been and is estimated by the
Commission to be Sixty-seven Thousand,
Three Hundred Dollars and Fifty-one
cents (S67,300.51); and
Section 2. That said Resolution No. 444 be
said
and the
same is hereby further amended by adding to the preambles
thereof the following additional preambles, all of which
the Commission finds are now true and were true on June
27, 1922, the date of passage of said resolu+'.on 444:
WHEREAS, prior to the confirmation of the

S.S. 40 $ 1,842.71; and
WHEREAS, the City's share of the oost of
Sanitary Sewer Improvements Thirty-one (31)
to Forty (40) inclusive, being the sum of
R70,661.36 has heretofore been paid from the
proceeds of sewer bonds issued by the City
of Miami pursuant to a vote of the electors
thereof, an.i the property owners' share of
said cost, being the sum of g67,300.51 has
heretofore been paid from the general fund;
and
WHEREAS, the total estimated cost, ae eettniat-

Section 3. That said Resolution No. 444 be and the
-same is hereby ratified and approved, all of the provisions
thereof having been based upon the preambles oontained in
said resolution as corrected and supplemented by the provisions
of this emendatory resolution.
