A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERIC TO P
OF THE FILING OF THE PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT ROLL OF:
Highway Improvement No. 1144
AVENUE N.
12th St. to S. River Drive,
WHEREAS, the contract entered into for the improve-
ment of Highway Improvement No. H-145, Avenue N., l2th St.
to South River Drive, authorized by resolution of the
Commission of the City of Miami has been properly and
completely done and said work duly accepted by the Commission
of the City of Miami,
NOW, THEREFO't.E, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, That the City Manager be and is
hereby directed to make and file with the City Clerk a
preliminary assessment roll of said improvement as pro-
vided in Section 56 of the City Charter.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that upon the filing of said
preliminary assessment roll, the City Clerk cause notice
to be given in a newspaper published in the City twice weekly
for two weeks, stating that at a meeting of the Commission
of the City of Miami to be held on a certain day and at a
certain hour, not less than twelve days from the date of
the first publication, any person whose property is
described in said preliminary assessment roll, may appear
and file written objections to the confirmation of the said
Preliminary roll.
PASSED AND ADOPTED the th day of June, 1922.
