Whereas, the Cobittiseion of the City of Itiami, . by reSO u 3, ,,,

ordered the Improvement No.. 33 , District 8k*38
and the City Manager, under the direction of the Commission of
the City of Miami, has prepared and filed with the City Clerk
Plans and specifications of such improvement and an estimate
.of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement, and whereas due notice
by publication a$ required by the City Charter has been made
that the Coml.:lesion of the City of liar:i would on the
13th day of
June ,19 22 , at the City
Hall, at 9 a.m. o'clock, receive and hear the remonstrances
of all interested persons to the confirmation of said revolution
ordering said improvement, and all remonstrances received havinc
been heard and considered by the Commission of the City of Idiam..
Therefore, Be It Resolved by the Commission .of the City of

City of Miami ordering said Sidewalk Improvement No.1-
