TENT/ON OF THE CITY COMMISSION TO PROCEED UNDER
SECTION 66 OP THE CITY CHARTER; AND DESIGNATING
SUCH IMPROVEMENT AS HIGHLY Ild-
PROVEMENT NO. 173.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OP THE CITY OP MIMI:
That the construction of the following dee-
oribed improvement is hereby ordered to be made; the
City Commission hereby setting forth its intention to
proceed under Section 66 of the City Charter.
Description of highway or part thereof to
be improved or sidewalk to be constructed or sewer to
be laid. The material, nature and character of such
'1 improvement with the terminal points and width thereof:
I[.W.7thAvenu.e, from the North line of N.VI.20th Street
to the South line of N.W.36th St., is to be improved
by grading to a width of twenty-one (21) feet and by the
oonetruetion of a bituminous macadam pavement to a width
of eighteen (18) feet.
The City Manager is hereby directed to pre-
pare and to file with the City Clerk plans and spec-
ifications of said improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, which estimate shall sho.v the estimated
amount to be assessed against the abutting property
per front foot, including an estimate of the cost of
the expense of preliminary and other surveys, the in-
spection and superintendence of the work, the prepar-
ation of plans and specifications and estimate, the
printing and publishing of notices and proceedings,
the preparation of bonds, and other expenses necessary
and proper. This improvement shall be designated in
all proceedings, assessments and bonds as High-
way Improvement No. 173
and the property against which assessments may be
made for the cost thereof, hereunder shall be desig-
nated as District H-173
