A RESOLUTION ORDERING CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS DES-
CRIBED IN THE RESOLUTION; SETTING FORTH THE IN
TENTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION TO PROCEED UNDER
SECTION 66 OF THE CITY CHARTER; AND DESIGNATING .
SUCH IMPROVEMENT AS SANITARY SEWER
PROVEMENT NO. 54.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COIIfISSION OS THE CITY 0P MIAMI:
That the construction of the following des-
cribed improvement is hereby ordered to be made; the
City Commission hereby setting forth its intention to
proceed under Section 56 of the City Charter.
Description of highway or part thereof to
be improved cr sidewalk to be constructed or sewer to
be laid. The material, nature and character of such
improvement with the terminal points and width thereof:
An 8" T.C.Pipe Sewer and necessary manholes and appur-

The City Manager is hereby directed to pre-
pare and to file with the City Clerk plans and spec-
ifications of said improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, which estimate shall show the estimated
amount to be asse3:ed against the abutting property
per front fort, including an estimate of the cost of
the expanse of pre::..r:i:1a:^y and other surveys, the in-
spection and superi:itna once of the work, the prepar-
ation of plans nr,8 srr cil'.cattons and estimate, the
printing and publishing of roticos and prc^eedings,
the preparation of bonds, and other expenses necessary
and proper. Ihis imr:.ovexont shall be designated in

and the propertyagainst which assessments maybe
