On the 14th day of November, A. D. 1922, the Board of Commissioners of the City of Miami met in regular session at the City Hall in Miami, Florida. The meeting was call- ed to order at 9:00 o'clock a. m. by Chairman Leffler, and on roll call the following members were present: C. D. Leffler, J. E. Lummus, J. I. Wilson, J. H. Gilman, E. C. Romfh. The total cost of the said 'improvement, in the sum of Q920.48, is hereby approved and confirmed. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that ten (10) days after date of this con- firmation of said assessment roll the same be delivered to the Director of Finance, and the Director of Finance Is hereby ordered, thirty (30) days after date of this resolution to aa'-:o collections of the assess- ments therein as required by low.
