Oity of Miami is now pending, and WHEREAS, certain settlement in the sum of 0550.00 oan be made in full settlement of said claim; now therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE OI=L'Y OF MIAMI, that the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to make and obtain said settlement on the basis of 060.00 if such oan be done.
