Gentlemen:
Re: Bagk Salaries.
Since my last report Mr. Fink has given hie note for
the back salary due by him and Mr. Blackmon had agreed to
give his note, and I have an appointment with him for nine
o'clock tomorrow morning, at which time he will execute'
the note.
When this note is exeouted all of the oounoilmext will
have paid their back salaries or given notes for the amount,
due, the payments having been made by Mr. E. L. Brador and,
Lir. B. R. Hunter and the other councilmen have given thelr.
notes to the City for the amounts due by them.

agreed to purchase if the City would allow such wagon on the streets. 'Phe`+
