That(it shall be unlawful for ant pereon to distri- bute to or among pedestrians along or upon any public street, park thcr s b 3o p1.uoo of The 'City of Miami, or to distribute to pas' stingers in any street ear, or to throw into or upon any street car, automobile or other vehicle any handbill, dodger, or other notice of advertisement. Section 2. That(it shall be unlawful` for gn . person to paste, fasten or in any manner to affix to any curb of any public street in The City of.Miami, any poster or other notice of advertisement.! Section 3. Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this ordinance, shall upon conviction thereof, be wnished by a fine of not less than $25.00 nor more than $100.00, or by imprison- ment in the city jail for a period not exceeding ten days, or by both such fine and Imprisonment. Section 4. That this ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure on the ground of urgent public need for the preservation of peace, health, safety and property, and is passed by a vote of not less than 4/5 of the members of the Commission of the City of Miami.
