Section 1. That the City of Miami does hereby close, diseon'
tintie, vacate and abandon that portion of Southwest Si%th Street be-
tween the west line of Southwest First Avenue and the east line of
Southwest Second Avenue, being otherwise described se that portion
of Eighteenth Street lying between Avenue F and Avenue G, according
to the plat recorded in Plat Boor. B at page 41 of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida.
Section 2. The closing, discontinuance, vacation and abandon-
ment of the existing street described in Section 1 is expressly con-
ditioned upon the conveyance to the City of Miami of certain strips
of land more particularly described in an ordinance entitled "AID
ORDINANCE AUTIHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE EXECUTION AND CONrSU,a"ATION
OP A CONTRACT BETMEN TEE CITY OP MIAI.I, FLORIDA, AND TEE EXECUTORS
OF THE ESTATE OF :NARY BRICKLL, DECEASED, PROVIDING FOR THE CLOSING
OF CERTAIN STREETS IN THE CITY UPON TEE TERL S AID o c: DIT IGI; S IN SAID
CONTRACT SET FORTH", and upon the performance of the conditions and
covenants under said contract to be performed and observed by the
executors of the estate of Mary Br;ckell, deceased..
PASSED AND ALUM this 236 day of May, A. D. 1922.
