Section 1. Every person, association of per.ons,
firm or corporation shall comply with, observe and obey, when
applicable to him or it, all the provisions, requirements and
regulations of the Director of the Department of Public afety
of the ui ty of 1diftmi, elor ida, with reference to traffic on the
streets, alleys and public places of the uit;1 of Mi'{rci, Vloriaa.
Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be
en emergency measure for the preservation of public safety, and
shall go into effect immediately upon its passage and pub) ication.
