WHEREAS, C. J. Pearson Company, a West Virginia
corporation, has filed with the - Direota r of Public Service a plat
of the following described property situated in Dade County,

A subdivision of certain lands in the
southeast quarter (SE9) of the northwest quarter

42 East, bade County, elorie.a, said lands being
more partioul}.rly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the east line of
the southeast quarter (SEA) of the northwest

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has approved said
plat as complying with all the provisions of the charter of the City
of Miami;
NOW, THEREIPORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY IHE COMMISSION OP THE
CITY OP MIAMI;
That the dedication of the streets in said subdivision, 48
ehown by said plat, be accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami.
