Who have agreed to convey said property to the
City for the sum of One Hundred Seventy -Five
Thousand Dollars ($175,000);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City
Commission of the City of Miami that the said L. T.
Highleyman and F. W. Maxwell be, and are hereby
given until August 16th, 1921, in which to perfect
the said title and that if the said title be not
perfected, and approved by the City Attorney, by
that time that in such event the City Commission
will take the necessary steps to condemn the said
property for public purposes.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of August,A. D.
1921.
