Sootion 6. The City Couhoil of the City of Miami deolares this Ordinance to be neoessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, nnd safety, and that the health and welfare of the City is in peril, and that this ordinance is passed for the proteotion of the oitizens, and shall be passed at one session and shall go into effect immediately upon its passage and approval. Sextion 6: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in oonfliot with the provisions of this ordinanoe siszt are hereby repealed.
