RE: Substitution of RE.18 on the June 17, 2025, Special City Commission
Meeting
Authorize Access - City of Hollywood Contract - MicroTransit Services File
No.: 17646
Item RE.18 on the June 17, 2025, City Commission Meeting Agenda proposes to
authorize the City Manager to access the City of Hollywood's competitively awarded
Contract No. RFP-045-23-SK for Citywide Micro -Transit Services with Circuit Transit,
Inc., for use within the City of Miami.
The Legislation is being substituted to clarify that the City Manager's authority to
negotiate and execute a supplemental agreement with Circuit Transit, Inc., utilizing the
Hollywood contract, is subject to the City's execution of an interlocal agreement with
Miami -Dade County. This interlocal agreement must permit the City to use its municipal
share of Charter County Transit System Surtax funds to support on -demand
transportation services within Coconut Grove and the Coconut Grove Business
Improvement District areas.
