'ITIE;EAS, by petition, all of the urooerty owners, owning
property abutting on that certain alley In feet wide, running
from F'1aCler Street to Waddell Street, a dietance of three hun-
dred feet through the center of 3lock twenty of Robbins, Graham
and Chillingeworth addition to the City of Miami, according to
the plat thereof, now of record in the office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court in and for Jade County, Florida, have petitioned
the City Coucil to vacate, discontiuue and permanently close to
the use of the Public the above described alley and it appeared
to the satisfaction of the City Council that the discontinuance
of the use of said alley will not inconvenience the Public and
will be a direct benefit to the propert;: owners above mentioned.

hereby permanently closed, vacated and its use to the Public dis-
