Section 5. It shall be unlawful in or in connection with the operation or use of any bicycle or any vehicle propelled by animal power to use any lights of the character or n,Iture prohibi- ted in Section 2 of this ordinance in connection with motor vebi- cles or to use any such bicycle or vehicle r,rorelled by animal power between the hours of sunset anmt sunrise without h-ving on the same a signal litht which can be ssen from both front and rear, provided that this requirement shall not apply to such vehi- cles as may be equipped with such lights as are required or auth- orized by Section 2 of this ordinance for use in connection with rotor vehicles. Section 6. whoever violates any provision of this ordin- ance shall be punished by a fine not exceeding Two Hundred Dollars or by imprisonment not exceedil,g sixty days, or by both such fine and. imprisonment. Section 7. It is hereby declared by the City Council that the health a* .. welfare of the City of. Miami are ir. peril and that this ordinance is for the i!v a"late prer'ervation of the public peace, health and safety, and that this ordinance shall go into effect upon ite paseage and approval and publication.
