Section 1: It shall be unlawful for an; firm, oorporation or
person to disobey Or to fail, neglect or refuse to obey;, any order,
rule or regulation of the health Department, or of the Board of
Health or of the Health Officer of the City of :`,ia!ni, made,adoot-
ed or.promulgated inaccord.ance•lith the Ordinances or Charter of
said City, and who ever shall so disobey, refute or neglect to
obey any such order, rule or regulation shall be ounished by a
fine not to exceed two hundred do 1lars, or by imprisonAnt not to
