Dear Sir:- Jacltsorori lle, • , Dee 2i ►1917, It has been called to our attention that an ordinance entitled: "An ordinance relating to the use of station premises of any railway company within the city of Miami for the purpose of soliciting -,&jukge and jroviding a penalt# for the violation thereof." which appears to have been recently passed by the City Council and approved by you as Mayor, is now desired to be enforced on the station premises of this Railway Company. This ordinance will be acceptable to us, but we are advised that there are certain portions of it that cannot be made effective by the City without our assent. This assent we are pleased to give subject, however, to any reconsideration by us in the future should we find it necessary.
