WHEREAS, the City Coun-11 of the of1am1, sitting as a
Board of Equalization on Julk'29,A.30, am July 31, and. Auguet
August 2, August 3, 1918, legal notice having been duly giVen, as
required by law, did examine the assessment rolls of the City; Tgtit
Assessor of the taxable property of said oity for the. ear 1918,
did sit on said dates for the purpose of hearing complaints and
ceiving testimony as to the value of any property, real or per,
as fixed by the City Assessor of Taxes, and of perfecting, revt
and equalizing said assessment, and did make such changes
assessment rolls and did revise and equalize such asaessmen
the opinion of the Board of Equalization were deemed neoessad
proper, and
WHEREAS, said City Council was duly notified at italieeting,
