No. 11 Whereas, on the lath day of June, 1918, the city council passed and adopted a eeeolution ordering the improvement designated as sanitary sewer improvement No. 11, District 11, and directed the salty engineer to prepare and file plans and specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the poet there of,including an estimate of the inoldental expenses, and the said plans and specftcation and estimate of most and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed by the oity engineer with the oily olerk. Therefore,. Be It Resolved by the city council of Miami, Florida* That the olerk shall oauee to be published for at least onoe in the Miami Herald, a newspaper of general oiroulation in the olty of Miami, a notice stating that at a meeting of the city oouneil of Miami, to be held at the city hall in the oity of uiami on the Pith day of July, 1916, at 8 o'olook P.M., the city council will hear the remonstrances of all persons interested to the confirms tion of said resolution ordering said improvement.
