and tact inspecto. oan not allow any one but a lioenaed &nap. electrician to do the work,
Ail Willie men are union men and they will not do any work for me, consequently I have to
all of my own work of all kinds. I have a little job to put in two lights at the
Colonial Theatre and it is customary to allow such work to be done. I was doing the
work in ac:ordance win the code and the inspector stopped my man from doing it. I aske
tut insfector what was the matter a,d he said my man did not have a permit and that he
would not issue a permit because my wan is not a licensed man. I asked him to furnish a
iioensed man and ke aaid it was not hia business to furnish labor, that he waa a union
