These brilliant headlights flash out ahead causing a doweling brillianey which blinds pedestrians and bioyols riders causing confusion, and thereby collisions, not only in front but from the rear. That the bill of the Bisoayne 1'ngineering Company for $4.85, for making blue prints requested by Major Lanus, should be paid out of the Dock Bond Fund. That the former Treasurer's bond bad never been oanoelled, although the office bad been abolished, and that the clerk should be instructed to write the Bonding Company to oanoel the board.
