November 21st,1913. Adjourned meeting of council called to order by the chnirma n. Members present F.G.Erfart, C.Hefty, O.F.Filer, d.A.Conrad,J.A.McDonald F.IL,Henfh, and H.l.Ralston. Mrs. Ward,l[ra. Cook and Mrs. S.Bobo Dean appeared before council in behalf of a ite for the Roy Svouts Building,and asked that if the citywbuld not give them a site in the city park,would they not give they, n site for it on 13th St. back of the City Hall. Councilman McDonald replied to the ladies,ancd said that -ire nd he thought that all the councilmen were in favor of themovement,and if they could possibly arrange a site for them, they would do so,anrl in the meantine he would per- sonally investigate the matter and report at a later time. ,'.siaml,Fla.Nov 7,1917.
