Members present J.I.Wil;on,J.F.Lumm,s,W.H.Moore,L.c,r:nger and C.J.Rose. Council was add .eased by W.M.Witoher,calling the attention of Council to the need of catch babens at the interaction of Avenue "B" and Second Street,on the fast side of Avenue "B" and North and South side of Second :street. Moved by J.E.Lunanus and seconded by W.H.Moore that the matter of need of catch basins,as callers to attention of Council by W.M.Witcher Rad.,be refered to the Com- mirteerean on Streets and Sewers,with power to act: Motion carrie . Mr.J.A.Conrad,member elect of the City Council was sworn in by A.H.Adams,Notary Public; and by instruction* of the Pre, i tent was recorded an present. J.A.
