Lusmue and Benondod by C.J.Ro so was elected President protem,ewing to the absense of President .I.Wilaon. Members present J.F.LUm,us,L.Granger,C.J.Rose,and W.B.Moore. Council was ddressed by D.L.Creig,treveling representative for the St ndnrd 011 Company,with reference to oil for use on the rock roads of the City. Moved by J.E.Lummus and seconded by C.J.Rose that an order be placed with 'dr.
