Members present J.I.Wilson,J.E.Lunvms,T.N.('.sutier,L.Grenger,W.B.4iuore,and C.J.Rose. Minutes of regular meeting of Council held August,18th,and recess meeting twig August,l9th,1910 were read,: aleo fecess,meetieg of Auguit,25th,1910 were reed anti approved. Moved by J. E.Lummus and seconded by i''. H.Moore that bids be edvertieed for fur the construction of an eight inch newer on Seventh Street,between 200 feet West of Avenue "D" and Avenue ",bide to be received at f-#'* reolla' meeting of Council to he ncld October,6th,1910: Motion carried. Moved by J.E.Lumrius and seconded by C.J.Rose tat te,e City Clerk be instructed to pay ell :state and County Taxes now due on property for which the :it,y holds Masters Deeds: Motion carried.
