time my former communcation wee addressers to you,hence the increase enters into the
figures as shown above.

That,Wherees the City Tax Assessor of the City of Miami,haR heretofore to -
wit: CAI the 21st,day of July,A.D.1910,report d to the City Council the completion of
the nsseesment roll,with respect to vnluations of real and personal property in the
raid City of Mianti,subject to taxatlon,except with respect to personal property;the
valuation of which is fixed by the Comptroller of the State of Florida: And Whereas the
Board of Equalization of said city,after advertisement,duly given,sat an such board;
and raid equalize said taxes: And Whereas the said Tax Asaesaor,has this clay repuerted
to Council the completed assessment roll,including the ohangeR made by the said Board
of Equalization; and the values as fixed by the said Comptroller: Therefore that the
