Regular meeting of the City Council called to order by President J.I.Wilson in
the chair.

I will make this proposition through you to the City Counoil;thet
I am willing to annul the Sewer Contract from Seventh to Eleventh Street,provided,how-
ever the Council will pay me for the completing the Sewer from Thi.'d Street on Avenue
"c," to Seventh Street the amount of $3,539.75.
The City has all t:e pipe made for the work, so I am informed; and the 20" pipe,
at 70 cents per foot; the 15 " at 55 cents per foot; and this amount to be
deducted front, the contract price, which would reduce the amount considerably; or Ism
willing to annul the entire contract, p.ovidcd the Council will pay me!500.O0,as prof-
it >n the Entire contract.

Godman,contractor for the construction or' Trunk Sewer on Avenue "G" from Third Si,reet
to Eleventh Street be filed; and that he be authorized to complete the contract as per
his bid,June,3rd,1909,a8 shown on minute book,page 499,showing this portion of the con-
tract to be t4,389.76: Motion carried.
Moved by J.J.Holly and seconded ny L.Granger that the City Engineer be instructed
to submit to Council the prorated assessment on properties abutting the Trunk Sewer
line on Second Street from Avenue "D" to Avenue "G" and on Avenue "(;" from Third Street
to Eleventh Street: Motion carried.
Moved by J.E.Lummus and seconded by J.J.Holly that the matter of Insuring the
City's live stock be refered to the Committeeman on Streets and Sewera,to report at
next meeting or council: Motion carried.

of the pumping station at t'e foot of Twelth Street. I need the job; and if you see It
fit to give it to ae, I an satisfied that you will have no fault to find with the man-
ner in which I r;n it, as I have had a great deal of experience in running gasoline
engines.

Interest Debenture Bonds has been charged with $1,600.00 remitted Columbia Trust
Company,New York,in payment of coupons due July,2nd,1910; and is yet to be nharged
with [''00.00 to cover the balcnce of coupons due on that date, leaving $3,103.98 as the
net amount available in that 'e,'ount. And at thin time Interest Sinking Fund will be
increased to $450.00 by credit of 1150.00 covering interest on the six bonds now owned
by the City.
The sum of $1,215.90 is due to the Repairs and Internal Improvement Fund by the
Sewer Bond Fund to reemburse the said fund for cmncrete pipe used in Sewer construction
