theaters end other buildings or rooms in which moving picture shows or exhibitions are
given, prescribing; the epecificetions of such theaters, public halls or other buildings
witt reference to fire rick therein; end providing penalties for the vi.alation thereof.

Section 1:

quired by law, it shell be unlawful for any person or parsons,, fim or corporation to
inett-ll, aintain or operate any moving picture show or exhibition in any frnme build-
ing in the City of '.4iemi or in any building therein in which the floors above the fir: t
eleor Are occupiers in whole or in pert for living or sleeping rooms or in nny building
