I hand you herewith t e apportionment of assessment to lot owners or Second
Street between t e Boulevard and venue "C" and on Avenue "0" between Second and Third
Streets and on Third Street between Avenue "C" and Avenue "1)" for tnoir proratio cost
of laying a trunk sewer along same beased on the cost of a eight inch latteral sewer as
provided for by the City Charter: Also apportionment of assessment to lot owners on
Twelth Street between R.R,right of way and North River Street for their proratio cost
of grading and paving the same.

v_grate the cost of sewer to lot owners along ;Second Street from Bouleverd to Avenue "C"
and Avenue "C" from Secord to Third Street and on Third Street from Avenue "C" to Ave-
nue "D". The City C!erter provideh that lot owners can only he assessed as based on the
cost of a elgnt inch sewer, while as you understand t e one that is enetalted is or
21 inch diameter.
The depth of the imaginary enwer by which tr.r' assets: t is fixed by giving it
the required debth at Ave')ue "D" an'i Tnird Street to allow of orclinnry fell from Ave-
nue "E" should an oxtention be made to that point from Avenue "1)" East to tree man -hole

Engineer oe received, approved and that the completion of t,e work be advertised as
provided by ordinance, all eompladnts to be heard July, 15tn,1909 at 8 O'clock P.M.

Moved by J.E.LumnL.is t.nd seconded by T.N.Gautier that the City Engineer be instructed to
prorate the cost of lateral sewers to p:.•operty owners on trunk line sewer on Third
Street between Avenue "D" and 4venue "C" and on Avenue "0" between Third Street and
Second Street and on Second Street between Avenue "C" and Biscayne Drive, the entire
coat of same to be charged against the property owners; Motion carried.
