to the presentation of the City Tax Asseeament Roll, and the acceptance and approval
of the Tax Assessment Roll of the City of Miami, for the year A.D.1908, and provid-
in44 that such minutes show that said assessment roll for the eaid year was preeented,
to the City Council by the City Tax Assessor, and that the same was duly accepted
and approved:
