beg to say that it bfforde us great pleaeure to grant the City the free uee of the
poles of our oyster to string wires for the Fire -Alarm system.
We understand that the wires for your Fire-Alarm.eyeteu will be strung from an.
iron attachment bolted to the top of the pole, eo as not to interfere with our own
wires; aloe that we will be re-imbur8ed for any damage to our own wires or poles in,
. the inetallation of your eyetem.

Faefering to yotr favors of recent dell, with reference to a 60.
foot bell tower for your City, are pleased to herewith enclose you a blue print
of the tower we propose to furnish as follows:
We will furnish you, one 60 foot four post bell tower, the same to be gal-
vanized after completion, fitted with and arch at the base as per blue print
oleo a platform at the top, which will be octagunilin shape and protected at
the outer edge by a neat nand railing, made of One and 3 inch pipe: Upon thia
;platform will be placed a wood canopy, for receiving the bell, as is illustra-
tod on the blue print: this tower will else be built special section immediately
below the platform 6 foot in length to receive the =amewell electric striking
ttachment, which we understand your City expects to use in connection with this
tower: you will also note on the print a •peclal twee drying apparatus, which
is to be placed iaaodialely below the striking attachment on the inside of the
tower for draining and drying nose.
IN will complete this tower per the quo print drawing, deliver, the same
F.O.P. cars Kendallville, Ind.,ror the sus of t228.50.
Terse net cash in 30 days frum date of invoice.
The above outfit will weigh approximately 3800 pounds.

Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Miami:
Section 1.
That tha Mayor of the City of Miami with the Clerk .of the said City be,
,ands they are hereby authorized end -empowered to execute and deliver to the Dade Coon;
ty Security Company a corporation of Miami Florida, an assignment of a certain fi-
nal decree recorded in book 5 of the Circuit Court Minutes of Dade County Florida, on
page 490 entered in the Circuit. Court !or Dade County,Florida in a certain cause the, -
rein pending, wherein the City of Miami is complaini:nt and W.W.Prout, Dade County Se-
curity CQ., a vorporetion, and Annette M.Phelps se.ezecutrez of the estate of
illipe deceased are defendants, brought by the City of Miami for the foreclosure of a
lien for taxes of said City for the yeor A.D. 1905 on the North one hundred and twen-
ty (120) feet of lot seven (7) of Proute subdivision of lots 1-2-3-18-19 and 20 of
Block 103 North, of the City of Miami, xmam dash according to plat of said City made
by A.L,.Knowlton.C.E.,said plate, Knowltone and Proute being of record in the office
of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Dade County Florida,:ituate, lying, and being in
in the City of Miami, County of Dade and Sts a of Florida.
Section 2.
That the esid Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized and empowered to
execute and deliver to said Dade County Security Co., a corporation en aeeignment of
a certain final decree recorded Tn book 5 of the minutes of the Circuit Court of Dade
County Fla.,on page 495 entered in the Circuit Court for Dade County Florida in a cer-
tain cause therein pending wherein the City of Miami is Complainant and Martha W.
Prout, W.W.Prout, and Dade County :security Co., a corporation are defendants,bc'ought
by the City for the foreclosure of a lien for taxes of the City for the year 1905 on
the following property,eituate,lying and being in the City of tami County of Dade ati"
