By order of the President Council took a recess until to or at 1,30 P.W.
June 19th,1908.
Recess meeting of Council called to order by President J.I.Wilson in the chair
Members present J.I.Wllson, L.4ranger, J.R.Lummus, M.R.Kellun, T.11.6amtisr,
and T.E.Cheatham.
J.B.Lummus Commit$eeman on finance reported investigation of the matter of b
:ing the sewerage system =stalled in.Riverside by d.R.Tatum and Co, and made
-a motion which was seconded by L.Branger that the bill of Mess.J.H.Tatum and
Company be paid upon their riling with the City • proper bill of sale of the
system together with man holes etc., payment to be made from the sewer Bond
fund.Moyfon carried.

the City of Miami Dade County, Florida, parties of the first pert herein, in
consideration of the sum of$1,281.00 to us in hand paid by the City of Misai,
a municipal corporation of Dade County, Florida, prty of the second pert, the
receipt whereof which is nereby acknowledged, to grant, bargain, sell, transfer
end assign, and by these presents have granted, bargained and sold, tranafered
and assigned, -_into said City of Miami, the following described property to wit:
A550 feet of Sewer coeisting of 8 inch terracotta sewer piping, extending from.
the center of avenue "M" to 450 feet east of avenue "K" on •filth street, also
1650 feet of sewer extending from the center of avenue "li" to the center Of
avenue "al" on twelth street, the said sewer piping being the same as the above
in material and diaentions,. Also 2200 feet extending from the center of avenue
"M" into the Miami River, on thirteenth street. and 379 feet extending from the
center of eleventh street to six feet nortr, of of the south curb on twelth
4treet. On avenue "K" also 341 feet extending from six feet north of the south
curb on twelth street to the center of thirteenth street on avenue "J", making
a total of 6120 feet, of piping, of material and diaentione as above indicated,
and containing "Y's for house connections opposite each lot.
Aso thirteen concrete sun holes of the kind and eiae.now need in the City of
'Janis at the intersection of streets.
