This project is ready to go, and meet all zoning requirements. A ready work force on day one. This project will provide employment for the community. I am counting on the our CRA to do the right thing, with the BLESSING OF THE COMMISSION. Sincerely, Irby Mcknight. I am requesting that the Block 45 project be placed on the agenda for discussion and approval for construction to begin. The delay of this project puts in jeopardy several hundred jobs for residents of the district and the city. I am requesting that the board will look into this ASAP.
