In accordance with the Boards 2010 Redevelopment Plan (Plan'). the Board will consider the funding, in an amount not to exceed $500,000 to underwrite the expenditures and costs. associated with the renovation of residential housing units, within the CRA, envisioned to reduce slum and blight. This action is being considered pursuant to Sections 18-85 (a) of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida as amended ("Code").
