"Property")
Dear Mr. Snow:
We represent Land 1 (ONE), Ltd. (the "Owner"), in connection with land use, zoning and general
development matters relating to the above -captioned Property. On behalf of the Owner, we respectfully
submit the enclosed Application for the closure of that certain twenty foot (20') public alley running
along the Eastern boundary of the Property dedicated by Deed Book 2981, Page 320 of the Public
Records of Miami -Dade County Florida (the "Alley").
I. THE PROPERTY
The Property is bound by NW 42nd AV to the West, single-family residential to the East, NW 9th
Street to the South, and NW 1lth Street to the North. Based on the T Plat (defined below) the East
property line measures 629.88', the West property lines measures 629.84', the North property line
measures 112.79', and the South property line measures 113.48'. The total perimeter length of the
Property is +/- 1,486 linear feet. Based on the City of Miami (the "City") Official Zoning Atlas, the
Property is located within the T6-8-O Zoning Transect, as generally depicted in the image below.

II. ALLEY CLOSURE & RE -PLAT
As part of the redevelopment process, the Owner is replatting the Property to vacate the Alley.
The City's Plat and Street Committee approved a Tentative Plat T-1960 (the "T Plat") on December 7,
2023. A copy of the T Plat and the City's approval letter are enclosed as Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B",
respectively. Miami -Dade County (the "County") reviewed and approved the T Plat on April 26, 2024
as T-25072. A copy of the County Notice of Action for T-25072 is enclosed as Exhibit "C". As detailed
on the T Plat included with this Application, the Alley is 20' by 629.88', totaling 12,598 square feet, or
+/- .289 acres.
The Plat and Street Committee determined that the Application meets
Section 55-15 of the City Code, as further detailed below:

There will be no adverse impacts on the general public as a public access easement is
reserved by the proposed T Plat. As such, the Alley will remain open/accessible to the
general public as it exists today. Further, the vacation and closure of the Alley will
facilitate the thoughtful redevelopment of the Property, pursuant to the requirements
contained in the City's Zoning Code, Miami 21. The Alley will also be removed from the
City's tax roll and all costs will instead be incurred by the Owner. (Existing conditions

(2) Is the general public no longer using the rights -of -way or easement, including public service
vehicles such as trash and garbage trucks, police, fire or other emergency vehicles?

As noted above, the T Plat reserves a public access easement, as well as a public utilities
easement over the Alley. As such, the closure/vacation of the Alley will have no impact
on the general public and/or public service vehicles. The general public and/or public
service vehicles will continue to have access to the Alley. That being said, the closure of
the Alley will also facilitate the redevelopment of the Property with enhanced
circulation/access from NW 42nd Avenue, NW 9th Street and NW 1 hh Street.
Would there be no adverse effect on the ability to provide police, fire or emergency
services?
As part of the redevelopment, considerations for police, fire and emergency services will
be made and will greatly improve the existing conditions. Specifically, the Property is
located adjacent/and in close proximity to several rights -of -ways, including NW 42nd
Avenue, NW 9th Street, and NW 11h Street, which will provide efficient access for
emergency services, as it exists today. In addition, the public access easement proposed
by the T Plat will allow for continued access over the Alley in the same form/fashion as
exists today.
(4) Would the vacation and closure of the rights -of -way or easements have a beneficial effect
on pedestrian and vehicular circulation in the area?
Code compliant subdivision improvements shall be required in connection with this replat
which will have beneficial effects on both pedestrian and vehicular circulation.
Additionally, the vacation and closure of the Alley will facilitate the thoughtful

Ladies and Gentlemen:
The City of Miami Plat and Street Committee, at its meeting of December 7, 2023 approved the above
tentative plat subject to the following revisions being made to the tentative plat, additional information
being provided and/or variances being granted. Please be advised that the processing of your tentative plat
cannot proceed until these conditions and/or comments have been satisfied.
Resilience and Public Works
1. Application, notary section, needs to specify the oath.
2. The Opinion of Title should remove the authority section or revise it to be in acceptable form.

3. Information — the lease holder will be required to join in the final plat.

Development and Roadway Plans
7. Existing Declaration of Restrictive Covenant In lieu of Unity of Title will need to be released or
amended to include the alley to be closed/vacated. The new one will need to be recorded
simultaneously with the plat.
8. Provide corrections on the underground information of existing storm water drainage system
adjacent to the proposed plat — underground lines, inlet rim elevation, inlet type, structure bottom
elevation, pipe invert elevation and direction, pipe size, pipe length, pipe material, exfiltration
trench, and legend. The complete underground stormwater drainage utilities are to be located,
whether shown in City records or not. Obstructed structures must be cleaned to be accessible for

properties on each side of the right-of-way to be vacated and closed to be included in the plat. City
of Miami Code Section 54-4(b) is an alternative method to the requirement for abutting properties
for the vacation and closure of public street or alley.
17. An opinion of title as to reversionary rights for the right-of-way to be closed and vacated will be
required by the Planning, Zoning and Appeals Board. The opinion of title must also address
whether or not there are individuals, in addition to the abutting property owners, having an interest

Department of Resilience and Public Works.
18. The Planning, Zoning, and Appeals Board will require a Sketch and Legal Description with a

19. The Subdivider or applicant is to comply with the requirements of Chapter 55, Sec. 55-15(a) City of
Miami Code before scheduling a public hearing before the city commission for the vacation and

20. A letter from Comcast is required to determine if any adjustments to their facilities or easements are
required.
21. A letter from Miami -Dade Water and Sewer Department is required to determine if any adjustments
to their facilities or easements are required. Also, a letter to release the final plat in connection with

23. All encroachments across proposed tract and/or lot lines must be removed prior to final plat
submittal.

25. Current backup documentation will be required for all who execute the final plat. A resolution for
authority to execute documents and a Certificate of Good Standing from the Secretary of State are
required, if applicable.
26. A plat letter from the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is required at the time of final
plat submittal. A copy of the final plat must be provided to FDOT, not a copy of the tentative plat.
27. Tentative plat application must be made with Miami -Dade County after receiving approval from the
City of Miami Plat and Street Committee.
28. Be advised that an incomplete final plat package will not be accepted by the City of Miami. It is the
owner's responsibility to work with his/her surveyor and attorney to assure that everything is in
order before submitting the final plat package.
29. Be advised that if all requirements for scheduling the final plat for City Commission action are not
in order, the final plat will not be scheduled for a City Commission meeting.

30. A letter of concurrency from Miami -Dade County School Board is required at the time of final plat
submittal.
31. Provide two 8 %" by 11" paper location sketch exhibits, one "Before Replat" and one "After
Replat".
In addition to the above requirements, you should be aware of the following:
1. State and local laws require the installation of various physical improvements in the public rights -
of -way when property is platted. These subdivision improvements include paving, drainage,
landscaping, sidewalks, etc. In some cases, this could represent a substantial investment on your
part. REQUIRED: The submission of an electronic file of the tentative plat, in an AutoCAD, to the
City of Miami Resilience and Public Works Department, Development and Roadway Plans Section
will EXPEDITE the preparation and enhance the ACCURACY of the subdivision improvement
letter required for the final plat approval.
2. Execution of Covenant for Postponement of Subdivision Improvements is required in cases where
the required subdivision improvements are not completed.
3. The alteration, relocation or installation of utilities such as storm and sanitary sewers, electric,
telephone, water, etc., caused by this plat will be at the property owner's expense. Also, utility
easements may be required on the property being platted.
4. Provide compliance to Bulletin 51 for minimum elevation of stormwater drainage system.
5. A building permit will not be issued on the property being platted until the final plat is recorded or
as authorized by the City of Miami Code Section 55-10(j). Also, the Temporary Certificate
Occupancy and/or Certificate of Occupancy for any building construction will be issued only after
all the required subdivision improvements have been completed.
6. Approval for fire flow requirements must be obtained from the Fire -Rescue Department prior to the
issuance of a building permit.
7. In order to mitigate problems associated with access and construction activities throughout the
neighborhood, the contractor/developer is encouraged to notify the affected neighborhood residents,
in writing, of the project starting and completion dates at the time of issuance of permits. The
contractor/developer may coordinate the notification with the residents.
8. Additional items must be provided to the City of Miami Department of Resilience and Public
Works before the final plat is submitted to the City Commission for approval. You will be notified
in writing as to what these items are after the amount of the bond has been determined for the
necessary subdivision improvements. It is required that the applicant contacts the Survey Section of
City of Miami Resilience and Public Works Department to verify that all final plat submittal
documents are complete prior to final plat submittal.
9. Tentative plat approval is only valid for one (1) year and six (6) months from the date of the Plat
and Street Committee meeting at which time it was approved.

OPINION OF TITLE
To: CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation.
With the understanding that this Opinion of Title is furnished to the CITY OF MIAMI in
compliance with Section 55-15 of the Miami City Code and as an inducement for acceptance of a
proposed vacation and closure of an alley (the "Agreement") abutting the real property hereinafter
described in Exhibit "A" (the "Property"). It is hereby certified that I have examined First American
Title Insurance Company Title Search Report FATIC File Number: 110112090 (the "Title
Evidence"), which title information covers the period from the BEGINNING through July 1, 2024, at
8:00 AM, inclusive, with respect to the Property.
Basing our opinion solely on the aforesaid Title Evidence covering said period referenced
above, we are of the opinion that on the date last mentioned above, the fee simple title to the Property
was vested in:
Land 1 (ONE), Ltd., a Florida limited partnership.
Based solely upon my review of that certain Certificate of Corporate Resolutions, Corporate
Status and Incumbency dated September 14, 2023 and assuming such Certificate of Corporate
Resolutions, was duly authorized and executed and has not been amended, rescinded or revoked, Jose
Valle, as President of Caval Real Estate Corp., a Florida corporation ("General Partner"), the General
Partner of Land 1 (One), Ltd., a Florida limited partnership, has the authority to sign the Agreement on
behalf of the General Partner and the limited partnership.
Subject to the following encumbrances, liens and other exceptions:
I. RECORDED MORTGAGES:
1. Amended and Restated Mortgage and Security Agreement and Notice of Future Advance by
Land 1 (One), Ltd., a Florida limited partnership, in favor of Ocean Bank, a Florida banking
corporation, dated September 13, 2012, and recorded September 17, 2012, in Official Records
Book 28274, Page 4608, as affected by Subordination, Non -Disturbance and Attornment
Agreement recorded in Official Records Book 28327, Page 3531, as further affected and
modified by that certain Modification of Mortgage and Other Loan Documents and Spreader

With respect to the reversionary rights for the right-of-way portion of the Property which is to
be closed and vacated and legally described on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated by
reference herein (the "Alley"), we have examined the Florida Statutes ("Florida Statutes") and have
determined that Section 177.085(1) thereof reads as follows:
"When any owner of land subdivides the land and dedicates streets, other roadways, alleys or
similar strips on the map or plat, and the dedication contains a provision that the reversionary interest
in the street, roadway, alley or other similar strip is reserved unto the dedicator or his or her heirs,
successors, assigns, or legal representative, or similar language, and thereafter conveys abutting lots or
tracts, the conveyance shall carry the reversionary interest in the abutting street to the centerline or
other appropriate boundary, unless the owner clearly provides otherwise in the conveyance."
Further, we have examined the Florida Statutes and have determined that Section 177.085(2)
thereof reads as follows:
"As to all plats of subdivided lots heretofore recorded in the public records of each county, the
holder of any interest in any reversionary rights in streets in such plats, other than the owners of
abutting lots, shall have 1 year from July 1, 1972, to institute suit in a court of competent jurisdiction in
this state to establish or enforce the right, and failure to institute the action within the time shall bar any

The Alley lies within the Plat of Whitehead and Blair Subdivision recorded in Plat Book 44,
Page 78, of the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida ("Whitehead and Blair Plat").
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Alley was not created pursuant to the Whitehead and Blair Plat.
Instead, the Alley was created pursuant to Deed of Dedication of Property for a Public Alley in
favor of City of Miami, recorded in Deed Book 2981, Page 320, of the Public Records of Miami -Dade
County, Florida ("Dedication Deed"). The Dedication Deed contained the following restriction: "It is
expressly provided that if and when the said alley shall be lawfully and permanently discontinued, the
title to the said above -described land shall immediately revert to the parties of the first part, their heirs
or assigns, and they mall have the right to immediately repossess the same."
Based upon (i) the presumption that all proper and appropriate steps will be taken to vacate and
close the Alley, (ii) my review of the Dedication Deed, Whitehead and Blair Plat and all other Title
Evidence (as defined above), none of which provides any evidence that shows that the Alley was not
properly dedicated at the time the Dedication Deed was recorded as stated therein, and (iii) that certain
First American Title Insurance Company litigation/public records search report dated May 16, 2024
under File No. 110349496 attached as Exhibit "C" hereto ("Alley Litigation Search"), with respect
to the Alley it is our opinion that by virtue of the conditions set forth in Sections 177.085(1) and
177.085(2) of the Florida Statutes, the Alley to be vacated will become the property of the Land 1
(One), Ltd., a Florida limited partnership as the owner of those lots within the Whitehead and Blair
Plat which are being re -platted and described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, upon recordation of the
final plat of the Property known as "JVALLE" in the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida.
Based solely on the Alley Litigation Search and the fact that it did not reveal any lawsuits filed within
the period required by Section 177.085(2) of the Florida Statutes to establish or enforce any
reversionary rights to the Alley, no other owners, other than owners of the aforementioned lots (i.e.
Land 1 (One), Ltd.), have any reversionary rights, title or interest to the Alley.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
The City of Miami Plat and Street Committee, at its meeting of December 7, 2023 approved the above
tentative plat subject to the following revisions being made to the tentative plat, additional information
being provided and/or variances being granted. Please be advised that the processing of your tentative plat
cannot proceed until these conditions and/or comments have been satisfied.
Resilience and Public Works
1. Application, notary section, needs to specify the oath.
2. The Opinion of Title should remove the authority section or revise it to be in acceptable form.

7. Existing Declaration of Restrictive Covenant In lieu of Unity of Title will need to be released or
amended to include the alley to be closed/vacated. The new one will need to be recorded
simultaneously with the plat.
8. Provide corrections on the underground information of existing storm water drainage system
adjacent to the proposed plat — underground lines, inlet rim elevation, inlet type, structure bottom
elevation, pipe invert elevation and direction, pipe size, pipe length, pipe material, exfiltration
trench, and legend. The complete underground stormwater drainage utilities are to be located,
whether shown in City records or not. Obstructed structures must be cleaned to be accessible for
field verification.

12. Stormwater within the alley to be closed/vacated is to be retained onsite, within private property.
Planning/Zoning
13. Provide a Tree Table listing all trees with common and scientific names, height, diameter and
spread prepared by a Certified Arborist, to include their name, certification number, date of site
visit.
14. Under the Development Information, #3, update it to: T6-8-O (Urban Core Transect Zone — Open).
Standard Comments
15. Existing utilities located within the alley to be closed and vacated must be relocated or easements
provided.
16. Applicant is to comply with requirements of City of Miami Code Section 55-15(b)(1) for the
properties on each side of the right-of-way to be vacated and closed to be included in the plat. City
of Miami Code Section 54-4(b) is an alternative method to the requirement for abutting properties
for the vacation and closure of public street or alley.
17. An opinion of title as to reversionary rights for the right-of-way to be closed and vacated will be
required by the Planning, Zoning and Appeals Board. The opinion of title must also address
whether or not there are individuals, in addition to the abutting property owners, having an interest
in the right-of-way to be vacated and closed. A copy must be provided to the Survey Section of
Department of Resilience and Public Works.
18. The Planning, Zoning, and Appeals Board will require a Sketch and Legal Description with a
square footage, on an 8 %" X 11" paper, for the proposed closure. Contact the Office of the Hearing
Boards, at 305-416-2030. Provide a copy of to the Survey Section of Department Resilience and
Public Works.
19. The Subdivider or applicant is to comply with the requirements of Chapter 55, Sec. 55-15(a) City of
Miami Code before scheduling a public hearing before the city commission for the vacation and
closure of the alley.
20. A letter from Comcast is required to determine if any adjustments to their facilities or easements are
required.
21. A letter from Miami -Dade Water and Sewer Department is required to determine if any adjustments
to their facilities or easements are required. Also, a letter to release the final plat in connection with
water and sewer service agreements.
22. Verify with Miami -Dade County that the proposed plat name is acceptable.
23. All encroachments across proposed tract and/or lot lines must be removed prior to final plat
submittal.
24. An Opinion of Title, in the City of Miami Opinion of Title form, must be provided at the time of
final plat submittal.
25. Current backup documentation will be required for all who execute the final plat. A resolution for
authority to execute documents and a Certificate of Good Standing from the Secretary of State are
required, if applicable.
26. A plat letter from the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is required at the time of final
plat submittal. A copy of the final plat must be provided to FDOT, not a copy of the tentative plat.
27. Tentative plat application must be made with Miami -Dade County after receiving approval from the
City of Miami Plat and Street Committee.
28. Be advised that an incomplete final plat package will not be accepted by the City of Miami. It is the
owner's responsibility to work with his/her surveyor and attorney to assure that everything is in
order before submitting the final plat package.
29. Be advised that if all requirements for scheduling the final plat for City Commission action are not
in order, the final plat will not be scheduled for a City Commission meeting.

30. A letter of concurrency from Miami -Dade County School Board is required at the time of final plat
submittal.
31. Provide two 8 %" by 11" paper location sketch exhibits, one "Before Replat" and one "After
Replat".
In addition to the above requirements, you should be aware of the following:
1. State and local laws require the installation of various physical improvements in the public rights -
of -way when property is platted. These subdivision improvements include paving, drainage,
landscaping, sidewalks, etc. In some cases, this could represent a substantial investment on your
part. REQUIRED: The submission of an electronic file of the tentative plat, in an AutoCAD, to the
City of Miami Resilience and Public Works Department, Development and Roadway Plans Section
will EXPEDITE the preparation and enhance the ACCURACY of the subdivision improvement
letter required for the final plat approval.
2. Execution of Covenant for Postponement of Subdivision Improvements is required in cases where
the required subdivision improvements are not completed.
3. The alteration, relocation or installation of utilities such as storm and sanitary sewers, electric,
telephone, water, etc., caused by this plat will be at the property owner's expense. Also, utility
easements may be required on the property being platted.
4. Provide compliance to Bulletin 51 for minimum elevation of stormwater drainage system.
5. A building permit will not be issued on the property being platted until the final plat is recorded or
as authorized by the City of Miami Code Section 55-10(j). Also, the Temporary Certificate
Occupancy and/or Certificate of Occupancy for any building construction will be issued only after
all the required subdivision improvements have been completed.
6. Approval for fire flow requirements must be obtained from the Fire -Rescue Department prior to the
issuance of a building permit.
7. In order to mitigate problems associated with access and construction activities throughout the
neighborhood, the contractor/developer is encouraged to notify the affected neighborhood residents,
in writing, of the project starting and completion dates at the time of issuance of permits. The
contractor/developer may coordinate the notification with the residents.
8. Additional items must be provided to the City of Miami Department of Resilience and Public
Works before the final plat is submitted to the City Commission for approval. You will be notified
in writing as to what these items are after the amount of the bond has been determined for the
necessary subdivision improvements. It is required that the applicant contacts the Survey Section of
City of Miami Resilience and Public Works Department to verify that all final plat submittal
documents are complete prior to final plat submittal.
9. Tentative plat approval is only valid for one (1) year and six (6) months from the date of the Plat
and Street Committee meeting at which time it was approved.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT BY APPLICANT
1. The Department of Resilience and Public Works, Transportation, Coordinated Review Committee and other City
and County agencies review zoning public hearing requests and provide input, which may affect the scheduling
and outcome of my hearing. These reviews may require additional hearings before other City and County
boards, which may result in the modification of plans, studies and/or the proffering of agreements to be
recorded. The submission and acceptance of a request for public hearing means that the application is ready to
be scheduled for public hearing. I am also aware that I must comply promptly with any City or County conditions
and notify the Hearing Boards (Hearing Boards) in writing if my public hearing application will be withdrawn.
2. Filing fees may not be the total cost of a hearing. Some requests require notices to be mailed to property
owners up to a mile from the subject property and I am responsible for paying the additional radius mailing
costs. In addition to mailing costs, I am responsible for additional fees related to application changes, plan
revisions, deferrals, re -advertising, etc. that may be incurred. I understand that fees must be paid promptly. The
only fees that will be refunded after the submission and acceptance of an application for public hearing has
occurred will be the surcharge fees related to appeals, as expressly listed in Chapter 62 of the City Code
(Code).
3. Requests for public hearing will be scheduled by the Hearing Boards in accordance with the scheduling timeline
set forth in the Code and the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami (Miami 21), as applicable. I must submit any
requests to reschedule, continue or defer my hearing date to the attention of the decision -making body for its
consideration and vote at the public hearing on which my application is scheduled to be heard. I understand that
any requests by the applicant to reschedule, continue or defer the hearing date that are granted shall incur a
$1,000.00 fee, as per the Code.
4. Applicable Florida Building Code requirements, or other applicable requirements, may affect my ability to obtain
a building permit even if my zoning application is approved; and a building permit will probably be required. I am
responsible for obtaining any required permits and inspections for all structures and additions proposed, or built,
without permits. In addition, a Certificate of Use (C.U.) must be obtained for the use of the property after it has
been approved at a zoning public hearing. Failure to obtain the required permits and/or C.U., Certificates of
Completion (C.C.), or Certificate of Occupancy (C.O.) will result in an enforcement action against any occupant
and owner. Submittal of the zoning public hearing request may not forestall enforcement action against the
property.
5. If my request is denied, deferred, or otherwise not approved, I understand that I will not be reimbursed for any
fees paid.
6. Any requests by the applicant to reschedule, continue or defer the hearing date that are granted shall incur a
$1,000.00 fee, as per the Code.
7. Any covenant to be voluntarily proffered must be submitted in word format to the Planning Department and to
the Office of the City Attorney through ePlan for review and comments from the Planning Department, Office of
the City Attorney, and any other City departments as deemed necessary. The covenant will be reviewed in
ePlan and the applicant will be notified of any necessary changes, corrections or comments through ePlan.
Once the covenant receives a recommendation of approval from the Planning department and as to legal form,
Hearing Boards staff will extract the approved covenant directly from ePlan to include as part of the agenda.
The applicant is responsible to submit to the Hearing Boards the signed covenant with a current Opinion of Title
no later than two (2) weeks prior to the initial public hearing. I understand that any requests by the applicant to
reschedule, continue or defer the hearing date that are granted shall incur a $1,000.00 fee, per instance, as per
the Code.

(5) Lobbyists shall be required to state the existence of any direct or indirect business association, partnership, or
financial relationship with the Mayor, any member of the City Commission, any member of a City board, the
City Manager or a member of the City staff before whom he/she lobbies or intends to lobby. Attach separate

Lobbyists, as defined in City Code Section 2-653, shall pay an annual registration fee of $525.00, plus $105.00 for
each principal represented for each issue lobbied on behalf of any one principal. Each issue associated with lobbying
shall be described with as much detail as is practical. The City Clerk, or the City Clerk's designee, shall reject any
registration statement that does not provide a clear description of the specific issue on which such lobbyist has been

financial relationship with the Mayor, any member of the City Commission, any member of a City board, the
City Manager or a member of the City staff before whom he/she lobbies or intends to lobby. Attach separate

Lobbyists, as defined in City Code Section 2-653, shall pay an annual registration fee of $525.00, plus $105.00 for
each principal represented for each issue lobbied on behalf of any one principal. Each issue associated with lobbying
shall be described with as much detail as is practical. The City Clerk, or the City Clerk's designee, shall reject any
registration statement that does not provide a clear description of the specific issue on which such lobbyist has been
retained to lobby or if any section of this form is left blank. Regardless of the date of the annual registration, all
lobbyists' annual registrations shall expire December 31 of each calendar year and shall be renewed on a calendar
year basis.
Each lobbyist shall, within sixty (60) days after registering as a lobbyist, submit to the Office of the City Clerk a
certificate of completion of an ethics course offered by the Miami -Dade County Commission on Ethics & Public
Trust ("Ethics Commission"). Lobbyists who have completed the initial ethics course mandated by the preceding
sentence and have continuously registered as a lobbyist thereafter shall be required to complete a refresher ethics
course offered by the Ethics Commission every two (2) years. Each lobbyist who has completed a refresher ethics
course shall submit a certificate of completion within sixty (60) days after registering as a lobbyist.
Lobbyists shall file amendments to their registration forms within fifteen (15) days of any change of information
required to be set forth on their registration forms. (Miami -Dade County Code Section 2-11.1(s)(3)(h))
Each lobbyist shall file a form with the City Clerk within thirty (30) days after ceasing all lobbying activities with a
principal. (Miami -Dade County Code Section 2-11.1(s)(3)(i))
