A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION APPOINTING A CERTAIN
INDIVIDUAL AS A MEMBER OF THE BAYFRONT PARK MANAGEMENT TRUST FOR A
TERM AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individual listed above is hereby appointed as a member of the Bayfront
Park Management Trust, to serve for a term beginning April 12, 2025, and ending April 11,
2026, or until the nominating Commissioner leaves office, whichever occurs first.'
