reasonable notice of and an opportunity to comment on any new allocation and/ or amendment of HUD programs. In addition,

INITIATIVES PARTNERSHIP ("SHIP") FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $66,791.00 FOR STATE FISCAL YEAR 2023-
2024, FOR THE STRATEGIES UNDER THE CURRENT SHIP LOCAL HOUSING ASSISTANCE PLAN ("LHAP").

The adoption of an Ordinance or Resolution by the City Commission, related to the proposed funding recommendation(s)/ amendment(s),
authorizes the City Manager to draft/amend the appropriate City of Miami Action Plan.
t t This item(s) will be available for public comment and review for a period of no less than 30 days. The review and comment period begins
on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, and ends on Wednesday, April 9, 2025. The proposed amendment(s) will be presented to the City
Commission for approval on Thursday, April 10, 2025. Draft copies of the agenda items will be available at the City of Miami Department of
Housing and Community Development office located at 444 SW 2 Avenue, 9 Floor, Miami, FL 33130 (HCD Address). Comments to
amendment(s) must be submitted to: nancyromani@miamigov.com, Attn: Nancy Romani, and must be received no later than April 9,
2025. Interested individuals are encouraged to attend this Public Hearing. The meeting site is accessible to people with disabilities.
