REDUCTION IN THE TOTAL NUMBER OF REQUIRED PARKING SPACES FOR A
PROJECT LOCATED WITHIN A TRANSIT CORRIDOR AREA, A WAIVER PURSUANT
TO ARTICLE 7, SECTION 7.1.2.5.A.29 OF THE MIAMI 21 CODE TO PERMIT UP TO A
TEN PERCENT (10%) REDUCTION IN THE LENGTH OF THE FA?ADE ALONG THE
PRINCIPAL FRONTAGE LINE, AND A WAIVER PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 7, SECTION
7.1.2.5.A.29 OF THE MIAMI 21 CODE TO PERMIT UP TO A TEN PERCENT (10%)
REDUCTION IN THE OPEN SPACE FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION GENERALLY
LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 459 NORTHEAST 25 STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA, AS
MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A," ATTACHED AND
INCORPORATED; MAKING FINDINGS; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE;
AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Notes: Pursuant to the resolution, this item became effective immediately upon adoption by the
Commission.
