RELEASE OF RIGHTS OF REVERTER
That the CITY OF MIAMI, a municipal corporation of the State of Florida, having an
address at 444 S.W. Second Avenue, Miami, Florida 33130 ("CITY"), by and through that certain
City Deed dated August 1, 2007, recorded November 30, 2007, in Official Records Book 26076,
Pages 3191-3198, Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida, for the property described
therein and on Exhibit "A," attached hereto and made a part hereof, ("Property"), pursuant to
Resolution No. 06-0658 dated November 9, 2006 adopted by the City of Commission of the CITY,
hereby releases those certain rights of reversion and automatic reversion described therein as same
relate to the portion of Property described in Exhibit "B" and same shall become null and void and
of no further force or effect upon the execution and recording of this Release in the Public Records
of Miami -Dade County, Florida.

feet of Lot 7 and the westerly 10 feet of the northerly 20 feet of Lot 10, Block 16 of
"ROBBINS, GRAHAM AND CHILLINGSWORTH'S ADDITION" to the City of Miami,

thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 'A', Page 49Y4 of the Public Records of Miami -Dade
County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the Northwest comer of Lot 7, Block 16 of "NORTH MIAMI", according to the
plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 'A", Page 49% of the Public Records of Miami -
Dade County. Florida; thence run North 90°00'00" East for a distance of 90.00 feet to a
point on the West line of the 10 foot alley as shown on the aforementionedplat of
"NORTH MIAMI"; thence run South 00°31'30" West along the west line of the said 10
foot alley for a distance 179.50 feet (calc.) (180.24 feet - measured) to a point on a
