1. Plat of "FLAGAMI 1ST ADDITION", recorded in Plat Book 17, at Page 66, Miami -Dade County
Records
2. City of Miami Atlas Sheet No. 29L last dated on April 8, 1977.
Bearings as shown hereon are based upon the centerline of SW 3rd Street, with an assumed bearing
of N87°14'49"E.
