I am writing with deep concern about the proposed hotel adjacent to Baylofts. This 459 development threatens not only our quality of life but also the very fabric of our residential community. NE 25 I urge you to stop it or impose necessary concessions to protect your constituents. Key Concerns: Street Neighborhood Integrity: Baylofts is situated in a highly residential area. A hotel will disrupt the family - friendly nature of our street and undermine the sense of "home" we cherish. Setback: The proposed construction lacks a setback, placing a wall directly against my balcony and others on the east side. This will severely impact our living standards, property values, and fairness —especially when Baylofts adhered to setbacks.
