WITHDRAWAL OF APPEAL
Please be advised that undersigned, Greenspoon Marder, LLP represents DFMMJ
INVESTMENTS, LLC, (the "Applicant"), in connection with Applicant's request for a Certificate of Use
as a medical marijuana dispensing facility at the above referenced Property Address. The purpose of this
correspondence is to serve as the Applicant's Withdrawal of the above captioned Appeal without
prejudice
This withdrawal shall not constitute a waiver with respect to any position advocated by DFMMJ
INVESTMENTS, LLC, and shall not be construed as an admission regarding the decision rendered by the
City of Miami for PZAB-R-22-047 (File ID 12467). Notwithstanding this Withdrawal of Appeal without
prejudice.
